Job summary

This role requires 2–4 years in HVAC estimating or related fields, strong data entry and communication skills, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ related experience, such as HVAC estimating, proposals, or parts/counter sales.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and PDF.
• Strong data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to meet customer needs for quotes and submissions to operations.
• Understand customer needs to create accurate, timely estimates and proposals covering their scope of service.
• Maintain technician work requests in Excel; manage quotes database; load information to SharePoint for collaboration.
• Manage Extra Work Authorization (EWA) and gather information for quotes; obtain internal approvals and relay quotes to customers.
• Assist Account Managers with job setup and dispatch communications; provide admin support to Sales Support team.
