Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales emails and quote requests promptly and professionally.
• Ask informed follow-up questions about sign type, electrical/power requirements, mounting/structural needs, and permitting.
• Track and organize sales inquiries to ensure none are missed.
• Coordinate with the COO on scheduling handoffs after a sale.
• Maintain clear, organized records of customer communication.
• Support light administrative tasks tied to the sales pipeline.
• Liaise with Logistics and Survey Specialist to confirm site/material details.
