Job summary

HOODZ LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to keep the sales process organized and moving so our sales rep can spend more time in the field meeting with customers and closing business.

This full-time, in-person position offers a pay rate of $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll help manage the process from incoming lead through proposal and follow-up, including preparing proposals and ensuring documents are complete.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and written communication skills are important.
• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar position is preferred.
• Industry experience is not required. We’ll teach you our business.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communicate with prospective customers.
• Schedule pricing inspections and appointments.
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and other customer documents.
• Confirm inspections are completed and collect missing information.
• Send proposals and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Keep customer and opportunity information accurate and up to date.
• Track open leads and ensure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.
• Coordinate with the sales rep, office, and operations team as needed.
