Cerda, an Arcosa Shoring brand, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Houston to assist the Sales Manager and team with administrative and operational tasks. You will process orders, maintain customer records, and track sales activity, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient in Excel and data management. This role reports to the Cerda Sales Manager and operates within a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with data-entry and reporting skills.
• Experience managing customer information and order-tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Manager and team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and related sales documentation promptly.
• Maintain and update order tracking spreadsheets, databases, pricing records, and sales reports.
• Monitor open orders and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to resolve issues and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on order status, sales results, and customer activity.
