Cerda, an Arcosa Shoring brand, seeks a Sales Support Coordinator in Houston to support the Sales Manager and team with orders, data, and customer communications.

You'll manage orders, maintain customer records, track activity, and prepare reports while collaborating with Operations, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure on-time fulfillment. Strong Excel and data-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, administrative support or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills, data entry and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales Manager and sales team through administrative and operational activities.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and related sales documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update order tracking spreadsheets, customer databases, pricing records, and sales reports.
• Monitor open orders and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to resolve customer issues and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Track sales activity, customer opportunities, leads, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare and distribute reports regarding order status, sales results, and customer activity.
• Assist with customer onboarding, contract documentation, and maintenance of customer records.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by assisting with CRM, ERP, and other system updates.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
