Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling in Fort Worth, TX, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with order packages, invoicing, credit verification, and delivery coordination. You will enter data, generate reports and commissions, support audits, and help maintain inventory accuracy while delivering world‑class customer service.

This role requires accuracy, speed, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to support internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; college degree preferred with accounting background
• Experience supporting the material handling, industrial equipment or automotive industry preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Understanding of and experience using ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to teamwork
• Great customer service and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, ability to multi‑task

Responsibilities

• Review each Order Package for completeness (Signed order by customer and/or Purchase Order from customer, vendor quotes, and other items associated with the order)
• Enter information into the various systems
• Verify or request customer credit for the Order Package
• Purchase the Equipment and coordinate with other departments or dealerships
• Track the order and schedule delivery
• Coordinate used, rental and new equipment demonstrations
• Maintain proper inventory levels of new equipment, in collaboration with Sales leadership
• Purchase all equipment for the rental department
• Conduct audits for new, used, rental and allied inventory, general ledger balance audits and various other KION audits
• Order data tags for equipment if required
• Create customer invoice and prepare reports
• Process the Territory Managers monthly commissions, create weekly and monthly sales tracking reports for management and sales team
• Other duties as required
