Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign field technicians to service calls in your region.
• Receive and document customer calls and determine urgency.
• Enter service requests and notes into the system and track labor hours.
• Ensure parts readiness and document job completion.
• Communicate status of service calls between customers, parts, technicians and other departments.
