Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in sales administration or operations.
• Experience in order management, sales administration, customer service, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales Administration team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitor order processing activities for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
• Communicate price changes and process updates to the team.
• Review and approve order changes and exceptions.
• Maintain data integrity within business systems; ensure accurate orders.
• Track order turnaround times and aging orders; improve processes.
