Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain customer quotes and sales information in Salesforce.
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across departments.
• Review quotations and customer requirements for completeness.
• Monitor order status and address issues with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and SYSPRO.
• Communicate with customers regarding quotes and orders.
