Job summary

Kiefer Sage in Rogers, AR is seeking a Sales Support Associate to provide accurate, timely support to customers, sales reps, and internal teams. The role covers order entry, data maintenance, customer service, and cross-department coordination, offering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating with Accounting and Shipping, and ensuring accurate order details from receipt to completion. On-site, full-time, with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn additional software and customer portals.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service, Sales support, order entry, administrative or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the internal Sales Team, outside Sales Representatives, and customers on assigned tasks and projects.
• Process domestic and international sales orders per procedures.
• Retrieve orders from email and portals; enter purchase orders and update status.
• Coordinate with Accounting to establish new accounts and resolve credit questions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order details and pricing discrepancies.
• Verify customer/account info, salesperson assignments, territory codes, and pricing before processing.
• Communicate with Production Scheduling and Shipping to coordinate shipping dates and instructions.
• Maintain and reconcile assigned spreadsheets and documentation.
• Request freight quotes as needed for specific customers or shipments.
• Own assigned customer orders from receipt to completion; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders on order status and next steps.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
