Food Sales East is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Little Rock, AR office. This full-time onsite role supports the sales team, customers, and manufacturers by handling orders, samples, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and collaborative, with strong Excel skills and a commitment to high-quality work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and admin tasks.
• Able to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Prior customer service or office experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, and information accurately.
• Serve as contact for sales associates, customers, and manufacturer partners with professional support.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming sample packages.
• Place sample orders and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
• Support client trade management activities.
• Collaborate with local management to maintain efficient daily office operations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
