Responsibilities include coordinating shipping schedules, verifying freight details, and assisting training for new team members. The position emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a shipping/warehouse role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Familiar with shipping and freight documentation.

Responsibilities

• Package & ship unit and LTL orders with accuracy.
• Assist with shipping quotes and scheduling coordination.
• Verify freight bill accuracy.
• Help resolve freight claims and discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Support training of new shipping team members.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
