Job summary

Kiefer Sage in Rogers, AR is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for customer order entry and inbound activities. You will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Planning, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate, timely order processing and a positive customer experience.

This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and opportunities to drive process improvements, develop your team, and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or order management systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead team responsible for customer order entry and inbound activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience, Planning, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Monitor workload, performance metrics, and order processing timelines.
• Develop and maintain standard inbound processes and drive continuous improvement.
