Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, operations, or related field.
• Two to five years of professional leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, manufacturing, distribution, operations, or related environment preferred.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, order management, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the employees responsible for customer order entry and inbound activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience, Planning, Operations, and Finance to support accurate and timely order processing.
• Develop and maintain standard processes for inbound operations and identify efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members, provide feedback and coaching, and manage workload and priorities.
