Advantage Solutions in North Carolina seeks a dynamic Business Support Specialist to collaborate with the Sales Team and Suppliers, ensuring brand marketing and consumer strategies are implemented. This role emphasizes project coordination, administration of sales tasks, and timely communication with retailers and internal teams.

The position supports contract management, supplier forecasts, and strategic plan updates, with a focus on data-driven analysis and dashboard updates for leadership

Formación

• Education level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience preferred or 2+ years in accounting/administration useful.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute key sales administration tasks accurately and timely: price changes, new item forms, vendor setup, PO queries, late deliveries, cash collection, deductions, and revenue accruals.
• Support Sales Team with contract management, supplier forecasts, and business plan updates.
• Maintain promotional grids, category hierarchies, and dashboards for review.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to hit milestones on time.
• Communicate proactively with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet objectives.
