Job summary

You will frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and functional peers to resolve sales process issues, recommend policy changes, and drive productivity while upholding the Code of Conduct and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 8+ years professional experience.
• Ability to analyze diverse factors affecting sales processes.
• Ability to present technical information to senior management.
• Deep knowledge of company policies and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities to meet financial commitments (costs, methods, staffing).
• Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers and peers to resolve sales issues.
• Recommend policy changes and establish procedures to increase productivity.
• Guide subordinates within policy framework and manage direct reports' performance.
• Uphold UL Solutions Code of Conduct and security practices.
