Job summary

UL Solutions in Lowell, Arkansas seeks a senior sales-focused leader to coordinate department activities, meet financial commitments, and drive policy improvements. You will engage with supervisors, customers, and peers to resolve issues, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies.

The role requires guiding direct reports, designing performance objectives, and leveraging UL’s Code of Conduct and security practices while performing other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to work on issues of diverse scope with understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to gain cooperation and present technical information to senior management.
• Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a section or department to meet financial commitments (costs, methods, staffing).
• Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and peers to address sales process issues or resolve needs.
