Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales support, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems. National travel for trade shows and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely communication.
• Support the National Business Development Manager with day-to-day sales administration and account coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, account setup, order follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Assist in planning national trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to maintain schedules.
