Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist to manage order entry, inquiries, invoicing, and support across the organization. You will collaborate with branches and shipping teams to ensure timely processing and accurate pricing.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. NetSuite or Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service including order entry, invoicing and problem resolution.
• Handle inside sales activities as needed and support customer relationships.
• Produce documents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist branch personnel with order processing, status and availability.
• Coordinate delivery with shipping and traffic management.
• Provide pricing quotes when possible and support outside sales as needed.
