Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery. You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, prepare quotes, and secure contracts and deposits.

The role also covers order entry, coordination with technical services, manufacturing, and delivery, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in a sales or service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional work ethic and detail orientation.
• PC and software proficiency required.
• A combination of education and experience may qualify.
• This job is 100% office based.

Responsibilities

• Generate estimates and sales of metal building systems and components.
• Enter orders and coordinate internal resources to fulfill orders promptly.
• Handle post-delivery issues such as damages or delays.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain relationships.
• Liaise between customer and company for issues and requests.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
• Deliver customer-focused activities and services.
