Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure pricing and product displays in retail locations.
• Monitor merchandising standards and recommend improvements.
• Plan, implement, and execute shelf set activities with product displays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space and visibility.
• Periodically assist with covering sales territories during absences or vacancies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure seamless sales activity.
• Foster collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance for aligned strategies.
