Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, plus strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the logistics manager with associate calls, new associate training, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee the delivery of products to customers and ensure policy guidelines are followed.
• Train logistics associates on SGWS policies and conduct monthly safety trainings.
• Maintain the Road Net software and monitor route changes.
• Ensure the fleet is maintained and safety issues are addressed.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of logistics associates.
