Ideal candidates have strong MS Word/Excel skills, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and a commitment to accurate data entry and professional communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while communicating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Process, monitor, and invoice customer orders in ERP with accurate logistics details.
• Coordinate with warehouse and various departments to ensure orders are released, packed, and delivered per customer instructions.
• Assist A/R on billing/order processing/shipping matters and maintain detailed customer records.
