InterState Oil Company in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Customer Services Sales Representative to generate leads using our CRM and support Outside Sales Representatives. The role focuses on outbound calls and emails to identify opportunities and nurture prospects.

You will communicate with customers to understand needs, update the prospect database, and upsell products and services while maintaining data accuracy. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops new sales opportunities using outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicates with customers to understand their needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities.
• Answers customer questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Works with Sales Representatives on sales leads and follow-ups.
• Maintains and improves database prospects.
• Keeps up to date with company products and services.
• Upsells products and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
