Victra is hiring Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most in a Verizon premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support store team with account reviews, merchandise, data transfers, and guest flow during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive guest experiences.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and suggest products.
• Build personal connections to help guests understand tech simply and enjoy their visit.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service.
• Assist teammates with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
