The role involves assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and high-traffic customer queues while maintaining a friendly, engaging environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandise, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through.
