Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most.

This role is part-time with a flexible 8–25 hour weekly schedule, starting at $17.00 per hour, and includes paid training. You will work with a knowledgeable team, assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions, creating a positive and memorable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Physical Requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
