Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with facilities in Bedford, PA and Seguin, TX, manufacturing over 200 high-quality attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA. The company is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support professional to support Account Managers and customers.

You will generate quotes, coordinate between customers and internal teams, create and process orders, and maintain CRM data while delivering world-class service and helping identify trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities.
• MS Office Suite proficiency or related software.

Responsibilities

• Generating quotes for standard and custom Rockland products
• Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
• Coordinating communication between customers, account managers, and internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with engineering to provide customer design specifications
• Collecting machine and product information from customers
• Creating and processing sales orders for Rockland products
• Documenting and identifying customer concerns and trends
• Providing follow‑up support to Rockland customers
• Entering and maintaining customer data in CRM system
