Whitmore Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts in Rockwall, TX, promoting Hydrotex-branded products and handling leads for all brands. You will support the field sales team, communicate customer needs, and nurture relationships through regular follow-up and proactive account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills required.
• Proficiency with personal computer, Microsoft Office, CRM, and other technology tools.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
• Role will work in office in Rockwall, TX.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products, initiate orders, and introduce new products.
• Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to manage contacts, document conversations, and create campaigns.
• Learn product information to communicate effectively with customers.
• Prepare proposals and quotes as needed.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, websites, and other channels.
• Provide support to outside sales by communicating activity and providing leads.
• Organize and manage records, reports, and data for the Sales Department.
