Job summary

Rockland Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist Account Managers and customers with quotes, order processing, and CRM data entry. You will coordinate with engineering to capture design specs and ensure timely follow-up and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes clear communication, data accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous ERP experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service, product support, or sales role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities.
• ERP experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for standard and custom Rockland products.
• Provide world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates.
• Coordinate communication between customers, account managers, and internal staff to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering to provide customer design specifications.
• Collect machine and product information from customers.
• Create and process sales orders for Rockland products.
• Document and identify customer concerns and trends.
• Provide follow-up support to Rockland customers.
• Enter and maintain customer data in CRM system.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Support Account Managers and Customers by:

• Generating quotes for standard and custom Rockland products
• Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
• Coordinating communication between customers, account managers, and other internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with engineering to provide customer design specifications
• Collecting machine and product information from customers
• Creating and processing sales orders for Rockland products
• Documenting and identifying customer concerns and trends
• Providing follow‑up support to Rockland customers
• Entering and maintaining customer data in CRM system

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
