Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM tasks and pipeline with timely updates
• Assist with billing disputes in collaboration with external collections
• Provide customer liaison support and maintain professional relationships
• Complete professional customer quotations and pre-sales activities
• Support entry of complex orders and ensure accurate data in CRM
• Collaborate with Data Steward to maintain CRM database accuracy
• Handle 60% customer-facing duties and 40% sales support activities
• Background in Pharma, Semiconductors, Food & Beverage or similar business environments

Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Sales Support Coordinator processes order flow by examining incoming orders, validating data accuracy, coordinating with key stakeholders, and executing daily operations to support departmental efficiency. This role will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support account growth strategies, evaluate user specifications, create quotations, audit technical orders, and maintain the opportunity pipeline. The role also serves as a customer liaison, building and sustaining business relationships through effective communication and support.

Approximately 60% of the role is customer-facing/customer handling and 40% involves coordination with Sales Managers and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and sales agencies regarding parts availability, list pricing, shipment dates, and tracking numbers
• Oversee completion of CRM tasks assigned by internal teams
• Assist with billing disputes in collaboration with the CFE (External Collections Company)
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue items
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent phone coverage
• Support entry of complex orders
• Review outstanding pipeline and support Regional Sales Managers by requesting opportunity follow-up/updates from Channel Partners
• Update opportunities based on information received from Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve problem resolution and address customer issues
• Support account qualification for Q sites to determine account potential
• Complete professional customer quotations and pre-sales activities
• Work closely with the Data Steward to maintain CRM database accuracy
• Complete data-related projects and other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with internal and external customers
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and respond accurately
• Ability to resolve problems through interaction with other departments
