Job summary

Heilind is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales staff and Branch Management. The role covers order entry, backlog review, spreadsheet administration, and branch administrative support to help grow sales with certain accounts.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, engage with internal teams and customers, and contribute to a high level of service across Heilind branches.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person per ITAR.
• Must report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Before you start the journey, meet with Branch Management within 30 days to understand objectives.
• Within 30 days, demonstrate ability to prepare and maintain various spreadsheets for the branch.
• Within 90 days, learn Heilind CRM system and order entry workflows and complete training modules.
• Within 90 days, decipher backlog with product availability and communicate with Sales and Customers to ensure 95%+ on-time delivery.
• Within 6 months, provide one process improvement idea related to the position.
• Develop solid relationships with internal support personnel and maintain professionalism.
