You will manage MS Excel spreadsheets, learn the Heilind CRM, and work to ensure 95%+ on-time delivery by coordinating with Sales, customers, and suppliers.

This role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years of related experience in an office/customer service setting.
• U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (citizen, green card holder, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Process order entry and maintenance accurately.
