Job summary

Heilind Electronics in Phoenix seeks a Business Development & Sales Support Specialist to assist administrative, sales, and management tasks at the branch. You will back up the sales team, grow assigned accounts, and collaborate with inside sales, field sales, and management to strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role emphasizes organization, CRM mastery, and proactive engagement with top accounts to drive Heilind's business forward. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM is a plus.
• CPSP Certification is a plus.
• Customer Care Professional Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for administrative, sales, and branch management needs.
• Back up the sales team to meet customer needs and grow account revenue.
• Collaborate with inside sales, field sales, and management to strengthen relationships.
• Meet milestones within the first 2–6 months and develop opportunities with top accounts.
