Heilind is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales and Branch Management, handling order entry, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration while learning key business areas for growth.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. You will collaborate with the branch team to maintain exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years in an office or customer service environment.
• U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Must be able to report to office on scheduled in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Process order entry and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain branch spreadsheets with MS Excel.
• Learn Heilind CRM system and order workflows.
• Manage backlog and ensure 95%+ on-time delivery with Sales and Customers.
• Develop one process improvement within 6 months.
