Responsibilities

• Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and expeditiously.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding pricing and order status.
• Research and resolve order, inventory, and invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Planning/Forecasting departments to align inventory with customer requirements.
• Assist credit department by resolving invoice disputes.
• Create weekly spreadsheets and sales reports for management.
• Review daily order status and provide operational support.
