Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform order data entry for the Account Managers and ensure contract review is completed.
• Enter and update customer orders.
• Assist with customer communication and resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in coverage for team members who are out of the office.
• Assist team with special projects.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
