Job summary

Wakefield Thermal, a part of The Heico Companies, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support the sales strategy and ensure a positive customer experience. You will manage orders, quotes, and communication across departments to fulfill commitments, while maintaining portals and data in ERP/CRM systems.

You will work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to prioritize critical orders and drive timely fulfillment, requiring strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, office, or similar environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with urgency.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to analyze data from company systems and extract insights.
• Proven team player with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and acknowledgements within AX for assigned regions.
• Maintain and update customer portals with current information.
• Process quotes and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with CS, production, and plant leadership to manage priorities and open orders.
• Respond to inquiries with timely order/shipping updates; support team as needed.
