You will schedule meetings, prepare quotes and reports, and coordinate client communications while ensuring accurate data in CRM systems. The role requires a customer-focused, proactive team player who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Providing office and administrative support for both BDM and local branch
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for BDMs
• Maintaining and updating CRM systems and calendars with accurate customer and activity information
• Preparing and distributing sales-related reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc)
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotes, presentations, and client communications
• Tracking customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
• Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the BDM team
