Responsibilities include:

• Work with the sales department
• Cross-reference competitor products
• Process and enter orders
• Provide customer service via email or phone as needed
• Prepare sales reports
• Cover day-to-day desk responsibilities when sales team members travel
• Answer general product questions
• Assist with sales trips and tradeshow preparations and follow-up
• Complete new product builds in spreadsheets
