What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-revenue related requests, providing information and resolving issues for guests
- Efficiently handle incoming department calls, emails, and voicemails to ensure timely communication
- Proactively make outbound calls to guests to maintain high communication standards and satisfaction
- Assign incoming new guest leads among Personal Cruise Consultants (PCCs) fairly and according to guidelines
- Step in to resolve issues in the absence of the assigned PCC and assist with tasks such as pricing and payment collection

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Experience in a high-volume call center
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with POLAR and Siebel technology
- Proven track record of personal goal achievement and support for department objectives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused despite distractions
- Self-motivated and quick learner
