Ixana (ixana.ai) is developing an electronic nervous system, an electronic analog of the human nervous system. We have assembled a team of leading experts in IC design, system engineering, and machine learning, all driven by a passion for pioneering the next big thing.

Requirements:
  • Any educational background (no specific degree required).
  • A laptop with a good internet connection.
  • Good communication skills and basic Excel knowledge.
  • Additional skills (tech, finance, operations, etc.) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand our technology and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, or calls.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Streamline the sales channel and ensure smooth communication between customers and our team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or coordination is a plus.
