What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-revenue related requests from Personal Cruise Consultants (PCC) guests, providing comprehensive information and resolving issues
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and voicemails within the department
- Proactively make outbound calls to PCC guests to maintain communication and guest satisfaction
- Assign incoming new guest leads evenly among PCCs to ensure fair distribution
- Step in to resolve problems and assist with various tasks in the absence of the assigned PCC

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to learn products and technologies such as POLAR and Siebel
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently

- Experience working in a high-volume call center
- Track record of personal goal achievement and support to department objectives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused despite distractions
- Self-motivated with a quick learning ability
- Computer proficiency with Windows and aptitude to learn other systems
