Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate for a new flagship boutique on Fifth Ave in NYC. The role blends operations and sales, with a flexible weekend schedule and immediate start.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, supporting Client Advisors with appointments, restocking, wrapping purchases, and assisting with BOH tasks in a luxury retail environment. Weekend availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or fast-moving customer service environments.
• Passion for delivering elevated client experiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and dependable.
• Team player who can support both FOH and BOH operations.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support the sales floor with coverage as needed.
• Assist Client Advisors with appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom).
• Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisors.
• Offer beverages to clients (coffee, water, etc.).
• Prep merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging).
• Support operations/BOH tasks (organizing stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipments).
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Job description

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate to join the team at their new flagship boutique on Fifth Ave in NYC.

This is a part-time permanent position starting immediately. There is a blend of operations and sales with this role. Candidates should be able to adhere to a flexible full-time retail schedule, with weekend availability as needed.

Job Duties Include

• Welcome clients and support the sales floor with coverage as needed
• Support Client Advisors with appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom)
• Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisors
• Offering beverages (coffee, water, etc.)
• Prepping merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging)
• Supporting with operations/BOH tasks (organizing merchandise in stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipment, etc.)
• Additional duties as needed and assigned as necessary

Job Qualifications Include

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a fast-moving customer service environment

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift & lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $24-$26 per hour
