Job summary

Leap seeks dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates to represent our NYC boutique and deliver outstanding in-store experiences while driving customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle opening/closing duties.

Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Minimum age 18 in alignment with company standards.
