Responsibilities

• Floor presence: welcome guests, answer questions, offer styling suggestions and pairing recommendations
• Fitting room management: bring pieces and sizes, keep rooms clean and inviting
• Register support: process transactions accurately and package purchases attractively
• Email capture: invite customers to join email list at checkout
• Polaroid station: offer guests a Polaroid and capture a caption for the wall
• Stock replenishment: keep racks stocked and sales floor tidy and visually appealing
• Team support: assist wherever needed to maintain an elevated store experience

525 America seeks a Temporary Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for the month of October at our Soho pop-up shop.

This role will primarily require availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with the opportunity for additional hours during the week. The ideal candidate is confident and engaging with customers, has a genuine interest in fashion and styling, and enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Floor Presence: Welcome guests, answer questions, offer styling suggestions, and recommend thoughtful pairings based on each customer's needs and personal style
• Fitting Room Management: Bring pairing pieces and additional sizes as needed, while keeping fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting
• Register Support: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and package purchases beautifully with tissue and seal
• Email Capture: Invite every customer to join our email list at checkout and help build lasting customer relationships
• Polaroid Station: Offer guests the opportunity to take a Polaroid, write a caption, and pin it to the store wall to contribute to the community and in-store experience
• Stock Replenishment: Keep racks fully stocked, merchandise organized, and sales floor zones tidy and visually appealing throughout the day
• Team Support: Jump in wherever needed to help maintain a seamless, elevated store experience

Requirements

• Previous retail or hospitality experience; fashion experience is preferred but not required
• A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and the customer experience
• A warm, confident communicator who feels comfortable starting conversations with guests
