Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a temporary Sales Support Associate to join our luxury fashion client at their Prudential Center location in Boston. This full-time, temporary role starts immediately and runs through year-end with potential extension based on performance and business needs.

The position requires flexible retail scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with Fridays through Sundays and additional weekday coverage as the season progresses.

Qualifications

• Background in both client-facing retail and back-of-house support, ideally in contemporary or luxury settings.
• Genuine interest in fashion, with a good sense of trends and ability to speak to product with clients.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the sales floor assisting the team and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support stylists during client appointments by setting up and maintaining organized fitting room spaces.
• Pull requested items from the sales floor to assist with styling sessions and client preferences.
• Stay familiar with inventory location and product availability throughout the boutique.
• Pitch in with team needs to keep appointments running smoothly and on schedule.

Candidates should be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. The schedule will be primarily Fridays through Sundays, with an additional day during the week as the season progresses.

Job Duties Include

• Pull requested items from the sales floor to assist with styling sessions and client preferences
• Stay familiar with inventory location and product availability throughout the boutique
• Pitch in with team needs to keep appointments running smoothly and on schedule

Job Qualifications Include

• Background in both client-facing retail and back-of-house support, ideally in contemporary or luxury settings

• Comfortable spending most of the day on the sales floor assisting the team and engaging with customers
• Willing to jump in on operational or stockroom tasks as needed
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs

Pay: $22/hr
