Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Experience handling sales orders and documentation.
• Ability to provide price quotations and prepare order sheets.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes and manage configuration changes.
• Submit CTL requests and coordinate with PMs and managers.
• Process system upgrades, bookings, and supporting ACE/CSBG processes.
• Verify acceptance dates and communicate updates to the account team.
• Support weekly calls and distribute order sheets and status updates.
• Coordinate with departments on order status, shipping dates, prices, and product availability.
