Job summary

Westinghouse is seeking a Sales Support Analyst on behalf of our client for an 11-month contract (W-2) in Houston, Texas. The role supports direct/indirect sales activities for deregulated markets, conducts complex operational analyses, and leads medium-to-large project teams to inform decisions within the group.

Responsibilities include handling custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and setting up prospects and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers; analyze inbound requests for proposals, account setup, pricing changes and proposals.
• Ensure deliverables are met and communicated with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments to raise awareness of end-to-end processes.

About the role:

We're looking for a Sales Support Analyst on behalf of our client. This is an 11-months contract assignment.(W-2) You would have a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. We will expect you to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets. You will conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the team.

Responsibilities and processes you will involve include custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and setting up prospects and accounts, amongst others. You will base in Houston, Texas. You will report to the Sales Support Manager. As the client continue to grow, they want an experienced individuals, with a winning attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
