About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Support Analyst on behalf of our client. This is an 11‑month contract assignment (W‑2). You will support direct and/or indirect sales activities in most deregulated markets. You will conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision‑making within the team. You will be based in Houston, Texas, and report to the Sales Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly support the Sales team in processing commercial agreements.
• Act as a liaison between the internal Sales team, channel partners, and customers; analyze inbound requests for proposals, perform account set‑up, gather usage data, manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and other aspects of opportunity set‑up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across all internal departments and increase awareness of the front‑to‑end process and its impact on current team responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Financial analysis experience.
